Atraumatic micro-forceps offer a compromise between the surgical forceps, which provide a strong grip yet damage tissue, and the less effective anatomical forceps, which however allow a gentle grip. The fine micro teeth prevent perforation and slippage of the tissue even at very slight pressure, thus enabling gentler gripping.
